Hande Doğandemir wins court case against Show TV

The court issued its ruling in the case of Hande Doğandemir vs Show TV, which a year ago illustrated one of the crime stories about how a girl tried to kill her father with a photograph of Hande from the TV series Waiting for the Sun. The actress indicated that she had nothing to do with the incident and that it was unethical to use her photo in this context and violated her rights. The court found that Hande was right and ordered the TV channel to pay the victim 7.500 Turkish lira plus interest per year as compensation for moral damage.
