Kale Film starts filming a series for the state TV channel TRT Mevlana. Timuçin Esen can be the star of the show. Director Can Ulkay, who recently completed production of one of Netflix’s most successful films, Paper Lives, has previously worked with Timuçin on the film Muslum. Filming of the project will take place in Konya. It will consist of 30 episodes of 60 minutes each. The scriptwriter is Ali Aydin. Negotiations are also underway with Kaan Yıldırım and Belçim Bilgin. Filming for the show will begin at the end of June. Thus, it became clear that the Hekimoglu series will make the finale and most likely there will be no sequel.

We remind you that the digital platform Netflix is ​​also preparing a series that is an adaptation of the book by Elif Safak “40 Rules of Love”, which will be made in collaboration with American filmmakers. Mevlana will be one of the important characters of the show.
