Alexander Zharov, CEO of the Gazprom-Media holding, announced at the International St. Petersburg Economic Forum that due to the lack of foreign entertainment content, Russia could reorient itself towards the Turkish and Latin American markets. Turkish series are well received by the Russian audience, like Korean ones, but the latter have some specifics. They can also consider the possibility of cooperation with South America. I wonder how soon Turkish products will appear on the central Russian channels and which series will be the first?
