Evrim Alasya: “My life is not just about work”

The star of the series “Kızılcık Şerbeti” (Cranberry Sorbet) Evrim Alasya talked about working with her colleague Sıla Türkoğlu and why she doesn’t want to be the object of everyone’s attention.

Evrim Alasya, who plays one of the leading roles in one of the most popular TV series in Turkey “Cranberry Sorbet”, gave an interview to the magazine Episode, appearing on the pages of the publication together with Sıla Türkoğlu, who plays her daughter in the series. As Evrim acknowledged: “Sıla is a young woman who is just starting out on her path. She is innocent and pure. She is a talented actress as well. She is really special to me. She is very classy, wise, and respectful; I can’t say enough positive things about her. Working with her is pleasure for me.”

The actress acknowledged that she dislikes change and prefers a simple life. She continues to live her life as she used to do because she doesn’t want to be caught on camera at every step. Acting is just a profession to her. She completes her work and carries on as usual. It’s no longer that easy, though, since the actress is the focus of more fan attention following the success of her most recent series.
