Exciting news for İbrahim Çelikkol fans! The actor is returning to the screens in a new historical TV show that will span three seasons.

İbrahim Çelikkol has completed filming for the second and third seasons of the series “As the crow flies,” which will be released on Netflix. The successful actor received numerous offers, and it seems he has decided on a new project. According to renowned journalist Birsen Altuntas, İbrahim is in the process of finalizing an agreement with Akli Film company to work on the series “Selahaddin Eyyubi,” which was initially being prepared in collaboration with Pakistani partners for a digital platform and later acquired by TRT 1.

It should be noted that the leading role in the show was supposed to be played by İlhan Şen, but the management of the state channel demanded that a more renowned actor be cast in the series. The head of Akli Film company, Emre Konuk, who has already started following İbrahim Çelikkol on social media, plans to shoot the series on a set built in Gebze. The casting process for the show is currently underway, and it will premiere in the upcoming season.

The series, which tells the story of Selahaddin Eyyubi, who liberated Jerusalem from an 88-year occupation by the Crusaders and became one of the most important heroes in the Islamic world, is planned to have three seasons.
