Great news for fans of the magnificent actress Nebahat Çehre! It’s quite possible that she will return to the screens in the upcoming television season. However, she has a few specific conditions for the producers.

Nebahat Çehre, who was spotted around Nişantaşı, has stated that she is very selective about the projects she is offered and declines offers from producers when the characters are shallow. “I don’t want people to say, ‘Nebahat, you shouldn’t have agreed to this’,” the actress stated, adding that due to her age, she can portray various roles: “Acting is not just about age. Every age has its own characters. We can even play grandmothers, as long as they say ‘it turned out very well’ after watching.”

However, the 79-year-old star hasn’t completely ruled out working in Turkish series. As reported by the well-known blogger Deniz Tural, the production company Ay Yapım is in negotiations with Mrs. Nebahat for her participation in one of the series of the new season. In his opinion, this could be the series “My Beautiful Life” starring Onur Tuna and Hilal Altınbilek. Nonetheless, Ay Yapım is preparing several significant TV shows for the fall-winter season of 2023/24, including “Ruthless” starring Çağatay Ulusoy, “What I Lost” starring Deniz Baysal and Devrim Özkan, and the series “Storm,” an adaptation of the Arab series “Al Hayba.” Therefore, it’s entirely possible that the star will choose a different show of producer Kerem Çatay.
