According to the well-known journalist Birsen Altuntaş, Aras will play the lead role in the new series by Ay Yapim titled “Genius / Deha.”

The director of the show, set to air on Show TV, might be Umut Aral (“The Protector,” “Love 101,” “Who We Were Running From”), with ongoing negotiations. The scriptwriter Damla Serim previously worked as an assistant scriptwriter on the series “Çukur” and wrote the script for the series “The Bad Penny.”

It is worth noting that the director Umut Aral has just finished filming a new American series “Quarantine” with James Franco in the lead role and has also signed a contract with the Hollywood agency Artist International Group, which will represent his interests in the USA.
