Turkish TV series “Gaddar” teaser released

Fox TV released the first teaser for its upcoming TV series “Gaddar” yesterday. The series stars Çağatay Ulusoy, Sümeyye Aydoğan, and Onur Saylak. The script is written by Hürer Ebeoğlu and the director is Sinan Öztürk, known for his work on the series “Insider” and “Çukur”.

The teaser begins with Daghan (Çagatay Ulusoy) returning home after a long stint in the army. He quickly realizes that everything has changed. His beloved girlfriend Aydan (Sümeyye Aydoğan) has left him without a word, and his brother Rüzgar (Fatih Berk Şahin) has gotten mixed up with the wrong people.

The teaser is accompanied by the song “Gaddar” by legendary Anatolian rock musician Erkin Koray. The song tells the story of Daghan’s transformation into a ruthless killer as his life is turned upside down.

The series is scheduled to premiere on Fox TV in January 2024.
