Fahriye Evcen and Burak Özçivit have yet to move into the 500-square-meter villa they purchased five months ago. While the couple continued to rent a residence, they bought another villa in the same location. The four-story house spanning 900 square meters is one of the largest in the prestigious Acarkent neighborhood of Istanbul. The purchase cost $4.25 million. They preferred this villa over the first one and are eager to move into it with their sons, Karan and Kerem. The initially acquired house will serve as their real estate investment.
