Cengiz Bozkurt to star in the series “Life Thief”

Preparatory work has begun for the shooting of the new series “Hayat Hırsızı” (“Life Thief”) for the NOW TV channel. The project is an adaptation of the Brazilian series “Avenida Brasil”. Directed by Hilal Saral. The script is written by Aybike Ertürk. The production is handled by Ay Yapım.

The main female role of Leyla will be played by Cemre Baysel. Negotiations are underway for the main male role with Alperen Duymaz.

Birsan Altuntaş reported that Cengiz Bozkurt, known from the series “Intelligence,” has joined the cast. He will play a character named Selman, the father of the footballer Tufo.

The plot of the series will focus on the theme of revenge and family relationships.

Shooting is planned to start in the second week of July.
