It seems the series “Scent of the Chest” (Sandık Kokusu) is preparing quite a few surprises for its viewers. The producers at O3 Medya decided to shake up the project by inviting a real ace of Turkish television to the director’s chair – Altan Dönmez.

Having just finished working on “The Blue Cave” for Prime Video with Kerem Bürsin and Devrim Ozkan, Dönmez is already ready to dive into a new adventure.

But that’s not all. Screenwriters Melis Civelek and Zeynep Gür seem to have decided to add some spice to the plot. Now we are in for a journey to the picturesque Urfa, where we will get to know the past of Uğur Yücel’s character – Hasan.

However, the main intrigue remains the romantic storyline between Bora (who will play him?) and Karsu, portrayed by Özge Özpirinçci. We are also promised a vivid role for Hasan’s sister – casting for these key roles is in full swing.
