According to Birsen Altuntaş, following the series “My Name is Farah,” Demet Özdemir received numerous offers and agreed to participate in only two projects that will be filmed in September and October. It has been revealed that the actress signed contracts for two films.

The first film, whose title has not yet been determined, will be produced for Disney Plus by Gold Film. The screenplay was written by Pelin Karamehmetoğlu, known for the film “Love Tactics,” and the director will be Hülya Gezer. Filming of this digital movie by Gold Film will begin in September.

In October, Demet Özdemir will begin shooting the second film, which will participate in film festivals. The director of this project will be Ferit Karahan, whose first feature film “Exiled from Paradise” won the Best Film award at the 50th Antalya Film Festival, and his second film “Brother’s Keeper” was selected for the Panorama section at the 71st Berlin Film Festival and won the FIPRESCI prize.

After completing both films, Demet Özdemir might return to filming television series. She has received an offer from MF Yapım to participate in the series “Love is a Moment,” the screenplay of which was written by Pınar Bulut and which is a continuation of the series “Between the World and Me.” It is worth noting that Demet played in this project, which was released on the digital platform Disney Plus. It is not yet known what decision Demet will make.
