Gökçe Bahadır in a New Netflix Project: What Awaits the Actress in the Series “Letters to the Future”

One of Turkey’s most successful actresses, Gökçe Bahadır, has chosen the Netflix project “Letters to the Future” (Geleceğe Mektuplar) among numerous new series offers.

After her successful performances in the series “Ömer” and “The Club,” the actress initially planned to take a break for some rest. However, the abundance of offers led her to change her plans. In the end, she agreed to participate in “Letters to the Future,” which will be produced by O3 Medya for Netflix.

The series’ plot is based on the “Letters to the Future” campaign launched by the PTT postal service at the start of the new millennium. Gökçe Bahadır will portray Zuhal, a popular blogger with millions of followers.

Filming for the eight-episode project will begin in September, and in October, the actress will join the jury of the National Competition at the Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, chaired by Ferzan Özpetek.
