Özge Özpirinçci, who starred in the series “Woman,” was invited as the guest of honor at an event organized by the Japanese Consulate in Istanbul. The series, based on a Japanese original, aired in Turkey from 2017 to 2020, earning the actress recognition not only in Turkey but also internationally.

Özge was invited to a special reception as part of the celebrations marking the 100th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Turkey and Japan. Japanese Consul Kasahara Kenichi personally presented her with flowers, and the actress greeted him with a traditional Japanese bow. The consulate shared a video of the meeting with the caption: “Welcome, Ms. Özge…”
