Gold Film, known for successful projects like “Red Roses” and “Cranberry Sherbet,” has signed a contract with renowned screenwriter Nuran Evren Şit. The company plans to release a series called “Mavi Begonvil” in collaboration with Şit, which will tell the story of a woman who lost her husband and is raising two children while struggling to survive in challenging life circumstances.

On October 13th, a “Golden Globes” evening took place at Soho Mews House as part of the London Film Festival, organized with support from Turkish company OGM Pictures. Helen Hoehne, President of the Golden Globes, introduced Onur Güvenatam, who announced OGM Pictures’ plans to produce content in English and invest in international projects. The event gathered numerous well-known actors and film industry representatives.

The series “Cranberry Sherbet” (Kızılcık Şerbeti) continues to be one of the most popular in its third season. This season revealed the storyline about Giray’s relationship with his stepmother Heves, which caused significant viewer dissatisfaction. As a result, some scenes from this storyline were removed. Five new actors have also joined the cast this season, but some are expected to leave soon.
Cranberry Sherbet
Çetin Tekindor is returning to the series “Yalı Çapkını” (Golden Boy). The third season began with the breakup of the main characters, Seyran and Ferit. Due to health issues, Tekindor started filming later but is now preparing for his return. Changes in the cast are expected, as well as a significant reunion between Seyran and Ferit. The series is planned to continue until the end of the current year.

The series “Secret Garden” (Gizli Bahçe), starring Murat Yıldırım and Ebru Şahin, will premiere tonight. Murat plays Demir, an architect with complex family relationships who pays great attention to raising his children. Ebru Şahin plays Nazlı, a strong and independent mother fighting for her son’s future. The series features realistic relationships between characters and a plot full of surprises.

Yesterday, a special screening of the movie “Gelin Takımı” took place at Soho House. Attending the event were actresses Seda Bakan and Nilperi Şahinkaya, as well as Murat Boz and Hadise. The film’s director is Doğa Can Anafarta, and the producers are Sky Films and Asc Films. The film will premiere in theaters on October 18th.
