4 years ago, Turkish paparazzi were engaged in their favorite thing – they caught stars during their holidays. Then they got a very large “fish” – Turkish screen superstar Kenan İmirzalıoğlu, and not one, but a girl in the company (probably with Berrak Tüzünataç). The sensation took place, the photos were published, then Kenan was supposed to get angry for being photographed without his knowledge. However, instead, he went to court and demanded to punish the journalists, who had gotten into private property without the consent of the owners. The court agreed with the arguments of the prosecution, finding the pictures an encroachment on the privacy of the actor. As a result, journalists were found guilty and will have to pay compensation, which creates a precedent on which they will continue to rely.
