Kerem Bürsin starts working on his own film

Kerem Bürsin, who conquered the audience in the romantic TV series Love is in the air / Sen Çal Kapımı, will soon start working on a new film. What do we know about the project right now?

Distribution company MADD Entertainment announced that the series Love is in the air / Sen Çal Kapımı successfully debuted on Telemundo in Puerto Rico, gaining a 26.5% share and reaching 30% on the second episode. The Turkish TV series is rapidly becoming a global phenomenon, and its stars Hande Erçel and Kerem Bürsin are gaining an army of fans around the world. The show has already been sold to 60 countries worlwide.

However, the protagonist of the project, Kerem Bürsin, is not going to rest on his laurels and continue his career exclusively as a star of romantic women’s stories. In his last interview with Hürriyet, the actor announced that after filming the series, he would start working on the film together with the director Altan Donmez.

Recall that Kerem is not only an actor, but also a producer, he has his own company Braveborn, which will made the movie. It is reported that Altan Donmez’s company Adg Medya together with Kerem Bürsin’s company Braveborn films will shoot a film based on the novel by Ahmet Ümit Love’s a Bitch / Aşk Köpekliktir. The main character of the story is Commissioner Nevzat, who also appeared in other novels of the writer. Note that the novels are very popular.

It is not yet known whether Kerem Bürsin will act only as a producer or will play the main role in the film.
