Onur Güvenatam vs. Acun Ilicali – was there a scandal?

Acun Ilicali’s Acun Medya and Onur Güvenatam’s OGM Pictures started filming the Greek series “Storgi” for Skai TV yesterday. Thus, despite Birsen Altuntas’ information that the owner of the channel and the producer quarreled and terminated the contract, they still continue to work together.

Moreover, there are no signs that Acun Ilicali is strongly offended by Onur Guvenatam yet. The TV8 channel is still followed to the account of the series “Fancy Scarecrow” / Süslü Korkuluk and Çağatay Ulusoy has not removed the teaser of the series from his Instagram account. Acun Ilicali, who has 13.5 million followers on Instagram, has not removed the teaser of the series either from his Instagram account or from Twitter, where he has 6 million followers, although information about the show was promptly removed from the TV8 website. Thus, Acun continues to “advertise” for free no longer his series to an audience of 20 million, & Çağatay Ulusoy still keeps a teaser of the series with the inscription “soon on TV8” in his account, as well as the official account of OGM Pictures.

You can, of course, attribute everything to general forgetfulness (although the fact that information about the series has disappeared from the site suggests that the PR team is working quite well), but this does not look like a scandal. Perhaps the matter is in the changed plans agreed between the producer and the channel? This is not the first time Birsen Altuntas has given information about the scandal, which later turns out to be fake.
