Great news for fans of talented actors Nejat İşler and Aslıhan Gürbüz. They have signed a contract to work on one of the most interesting projects of the upcoming television season. What do we know about the show right now?

HBO Max is preparing to open in Turkey. This process is not accompanied by the same hype as Disney Plus. However, there is no doubt that this platform is known primarily for the quality of its shows, including such hits as “Game of Thrones”, “Chernobyl”, “The Sopranos”. Not surprisingly, any information about HBO’s future Turkish projects is of great interest to the audience.

The platform’s first series “Blindspot / Kör Nokta” will be produced by OJO Pictures. The screenwriter is Elif Usman. Directed by Ahmet Katıksız. The plot centers on the story of a woman who returns to the small town where she was born and is faced with murder. Investigating what happened, she uncovers the dark secrets of the people who live in the city. Filming of the series will begin in two months in Gokçeada. A total of 8 episodes are planned. The leading role in the series will be played by Aslihan Gürbüz. Nejat İşler will play a police officer helping to investigate a crime.

As it became known, HBO Max is in the process of buying the Turkish digital platform Blu TV. Considering that WBD, which owns HBO Max, already owns a 35% stake in Blu TV, this purely technical takeover decision is not surprising. With more than 5 million Blu TV subscribers, HBO Max will become the largest digital platform in the Turkish media market as soon as it opens.
