Devlet Bahçeli criticized Haluk Levent Foundation
Far-right MHP chairman Devlet Bahçeli criticized the actions of the Haluk Levent Foundation and the Babala platform, accusing them of discrediting the actions of the Turkish state, which he claimed was unable to help the victims. An ally of President Erdoğan stated that such people should not be allowed on Turkish television. The Turkish people then asked a logical question: Where was he for nine days? Something was not visible. Also, many people pay attention to the fact that television in Turkey is generally private, except for the state channel, and it is not up to politicians to decide who will appear there.
Haluk Levent responded to the criticism very diplomatically, stating that the esteemed Mr. Bahceli had been misled. Just yesterday, representatives of his party visited a tent city, which was built at the expense of his fund. He works closely with government officials. There will be no success without everyday cooperation.
