The director of the TV series “Dusty Shore / Tozluyaka”, Semih Bağcı, is working on the preparation of a new series called “Safir” produced by NTC Medya and produced by Mehmet Yiğit Alp and Fatih Aksoy.

Semih Bağcı, who is a successful director of “Dusty Shore / Tozluyaka”, is working with the same production company on a new series with the project name “Safir”. Initially, Hatay and Adana were considered as shooting locations, but after a catastrophic earthquake, it is planned to move the filming to Cappadocia.

The script for the series, written by Gül Abus, tells the captivating story of the members of the Gülsoy family. The title of the series is related to the sapphire ring of Gülfer, the mother of Yaman, the middle son of the family, who gave it to his childhood love Feray as a sign of his love and intention to marry her. Feray is the daughter of a driver of a wealthy family.
