Cast of TV series ‘Queen / Kraliçe’

Burcu Özberk

A new television series “Queen / Kraliçe” based on the American show “Queen of the South” will soon be presented to viewers on Kanal D, produced by Mednova. The lead roles in this project will be played by Gökhan Alkan and Burcu Özberk, while the rest of the cast has already been approved.

Selin Şekercii will play the character of Zeynep, and Ozgun Karaman will play Ali. Burcu Özberk will portray Deniz, and Gökhan Alkan will become Ates. The series begins when the life of a famous basketball player’s family is turned upside down due to scandal.

The series will also feature Ayşe Akın, Serhat Parıl, Afra Karagöz, Enez Koçak, Ecenaz Üçer, Ege Semih Erken, Melis Özçimen, Caner Nalbantoğlu, Merve Honca, Ferhat Yılmaz, Gülşehri Mina Kekeç, Umut Kaplıca and Cihat Tamer.

The project is directed by Cevdet Mercan.
