Hatice Aslan will star in the new film “Derun” directed by Müge Ugurlar, produced by SBS Medya. The film tells the story of Marife, a wonam who has isolated herself from people and has been living alone on the shore of the Black Sea for 40 years. She talks about her youth, great love, and disappointment that led her to this loneliness. Hatice Aslan will play the role of Marife in this film, which will be shown at international film festivals. In the independent film, shooting of which will begin in the coming days, Esra Erdemir will play the young Marife. The casting is almost complete. Filming of the movie will begin in Trabzon soon.
