Not the greatest news for the Turkish press, which is used to freely speculating on the private lives of Turkish celebrities. It appears like Demet Ozdemir has made the decision to embarrass the paparazzi.

The actress broke her silence and gave a brief interview to Turkish journalists in response to the scandalous revelation made by the Turkish press, which claimed that Demet Ozdemir and her husband Ozhan Koç had a disagreement, and she left the house. The actress tried to refute rumors about her private life, stressing that she had never talked about it with the public because she preferred to only share joyful occasions.

Demet stressed that the rumors that she was leaving her home were untrue. She made the decision to sue journalists who spread false information about her as well as other women, making unfair, baseless insinuations, as it relates to the protection of her private life and dignity.

It should be noted that this week, the well-known journalist Birsen Altuntas also claimed that an unnamed married actress had an illicit relationship with a married director. This story sparked a search on social media and in the Turkish press to identify the married actress in question. Demet appears to have had enough and has made the decision to stand up not just for herself but also for all of her colleagues, whom the journalist has put in a very awkward situation.
