Ratings of Turkish TV

The series “Yalı Çapkını” grew by 1.75% in total, but lost 0.59% in AB. It seems that the plot development appeals to the average viewer, but is not very satisfying for the educated audience. However, it’s not worth being deceived, the writers are primarily focused on the total ratings, so the story will develop exactly that way, and not otherwise.

The series “Kızılcık Şerbeti” lost 0.84% in total and 2.05% in AB. The scandal surrounding the closure of the show did not attract additional audience, as one could hope. The writers will have to work hard to keep the interest in the story alive and not let it be a temporary surge.

The series “Ateş Kuşları” grew by 0.99% in total and 1.14% in AB. Overall, producer Mehmet Bozdağ’s show is quite stable, which gives a serious chance for a second season, although it has not been officially announced yet.

The series “Barbaros Hayreddin” lost 0.07% in total and 0.21% in AB. However, this is no longer important, as the show of the state channel TRT1 is moving towards the finale. Unfortunately, the hopes that were placed on it were not justified.

The series “Tuzak” had a modest finale, rising by 0.29% in total and reappearing in the AB. Despite very modest results, the show of TV8 channel has a good number of episodes thanks to successful sales abroad.
