The film “Bergen,” starring Farah Zeynep Abdullah and Erdal Besikçioğlu, is once again the subject of a legal dispute. This time, one of the investors, Aytun Aktan, has filed a lawsuit against Orkestra Yaratıcı Yapım Şirketi, claiming that the producers have violated a previously signed contract. According to information from the newspaper Akşam, Aktan alleges that the production company has failed to pay him his share of the film’s revenues both domestically and internationally, and has filed a lawsuit for 1 million liras. It should be noted that previously, the film’s screenwriters, Sema Kaygusuz and Yıldız Bayazıt, filed a lawsuit against Orkestra Yapım, claiming that the company had infringed upon their material and moral rights.
