New series based on novels by Suat Derviş

According to Sina Kologlu’s report, the ONK Content agency has sold several novels by renowned writer Suat Derviş, which will be adapted into digital platform series. The writer’s most famous novel, “Phosphoric Gevre,” will be adapted into a single-season series by Motiva Film. The screenplay will be written by Melek Gençoğlu and Su Ersöz. The company Plankton Yapım is developing two novels, “Like Crazy” and “Self-Sufficient Woman,” while the screenplay for the novel “Memories of a Harem Aga” is being worked on by screenwriter Emin Yıldırım. Flaneuse Film has acquired the rights to adapt the novel “One Istanbul Night.” The screenplay will be written by İnan Temelkuran, Yeşim Çıtak and Mehmet Deniz Bölükbaşı. Currently, negotiations are underway with a director and platform.
