Ratings of Turkish TV

The series “Yalı Çapkını” grew by 1.15% in total and 0.81% in AB. The episode turned out to be very interesting for Turkish viewers, generating lively discussions on social media, and the results didn’t take long to show. It’s worth noting that this is already the second episode of the project by producer Onur Güvenatam, which aired this week, and both episodes have topped the ratings in Turkey. This is what a real superhit looks like.

The series “Kızılcık Şerbeti” lost 2.64% in total and 2.93% in AB. Unfortunately, the writers are struggling to maintain audience interest. After a temporary surge due to an unexpected plot twist, the ratings started to decline. Staying on top is much harder than getting there.

The series “Ateş Kuşları” grew by 0.56% in total but lost 0.45% in AB. The stable show by producer Mehmet Bozdağ doesn’t enjoy significant popularity in AB ratings, although it doesn’t matter much to the ATV channel as long as regular viewers are watching. It’s worth noting that the series has already been renewed for a second season.

The series “Barbaros Hayreddin” grew by 0.01% in total but lost 0.35% in AB. This is how dashed expectations look. The series had high hopes pinned on it, but the producers clearly didn’t meet the demanding requirements that historical projects face. The show will conclude at the end of the season.
