The ratings for Thursday brought a new series to Turkish viewers on the state television channel TRT1, titled “Kendi Düşen Ağlamaz” (Whoever Falls Doesn’t Cry). The series started off calmly but within the acceptable range set by the channel’s management. The future dynamics will reveal more, but the initial impressions from the viewers are quite positive.

The series “Gülcemal” grew by 1.10% in total ratings and by 0.45% in AB ratings. The dynamics are quite positive, which can be attributed to the absence of major competitors on air. Whether this will secure a second season for the series is still unknown.
