Great news for the fans of the wonderful Turkish actors Buğra Gülsoy, Hande Doğandemir, and Seçkin Özdemir. They are returning to the screens in a very interesting project.

According to the renowned journalist Birsen Altuntaş, Buğra Gülsoy, Hande Doğandemir, and Seçkin Özdemir have reunited on the set of the new movie “Yaren the Stork / Yaren Leylek.”

The film is based on real events. The fisherman Adem Yılmaz and the stork Yaren became friends many years ago in the town of Karacabey, located in the province of Bursa, and they go fishing together. This unusual friendship has captured the attention of the entire Turkey. A documentary film has already been made about it, and now, following the documentary, a feature film is coming to the screens. The movie will be produced by MARS and Sev Yapım companies. Filming started on August 8th, and the film will be released in November.

The director of the movie is Onur Uzun, known to the audience for the series “Gibi” (Like). The film will also feature Azra Aksu, Emir Ali Doğrul, Meral Çetinkaya,  Murat Kılıç and others.
