Not so pleasant news for fans of Kaan Urgancıoğlu. A Turkish actor is facing legal trouble after his landlord filed a lawsuit against him for violating the terms of his rental agreement.

The landlord, who owns a house in Cihangir, Istanbul, claims that Kaan Urgancıoğlu moved out of the house in June 2023, but failed to terminate his lease. Instead, Mr. Urgancıoğlu sublet the house to another tenant at a higher rent. Upon learning of this, the landlord demanded that Kaan vacate the property, but the actor refused.

In his lawsuit, the landlord alleges that Kaan violated the terms of the lease by subletting the property to another tenant. The landlord also alleges that Mr. Urgancıoğlu caused him damages because the new tenant is paying a higher rent. The landlord is seeking a court order for the actor to vacate the property and pay him compensation for damages. The case is currently ongoing.
