Ratings of Turkish TV

The rating for Friday brought Turkish viewers the return of the second season of the series “Yalı Çapkını,” which had an excellent start, becoming the most-watched show of the day in all three viewer categories. Let’s see if the new writers can handle the challenging task entrusted to them, but for now, viewers’ expectations are quite high, and they are ready to watch their favorite project, which was a leader in the previous season.

Also returning to the airwaves was the series “Kızılcık Şerbeti,” which started with quite promising results, despite the presence of a formidable competitor in the time slot. It seems that the Friday night rivalry will continue in the new season, although it may be interrupted by the new series that are currently being released one after another.

The series “Arka Sokaklar” lost 0.10% in total viewership but gained 0.15% in the AB category. It appears that Turkish viewers have cooled down towards their beloved crime project, which has held on for so many years. However, everything changes, including the audience’s tastes. Nevertheless, the show still has its small share of viewers, and that might be enough.

The series “Ateş Kuşları” lost 0.49% in total viewership but gained 0.15% in the AB category. It seems that the story told in the second season hasn’t quite captured the audience’s interest yet. Considering the tough competition, the series doesn’t have many chances to stay on the air if the decline continues.
