Umut Aral is directing a series starring James Franco
Turkish director Umut Aral has participated in the filming of a series featuring the renowned American actor James Franco in the lead role.
Umut Aral, known for directing digital projects such as “The Protector,” “Love 101,” “Who We Were Running Away From, Mom,” and “Yakamoz S245,” has taken the director’s chair for the series “Quarantine.” The series is produced by Adi Hasak, the creator of the American crime drama “Shades of Blue” starring Jennifer Lopez, Ray Liotta, and Drea de Matteo.
The filming of the series “Quarantine,” featuring James Franco and Yakub Al-Fahran, the star of the Oscar-nominated film “127 Hours,” took place in Beirut and Greece. Umut Aral, eagerly anticipating the release of the “Quarantine” series, which will be presented first in Cannes, then in London, and subsequently at the Berlinale, stated:
