The Harper’s Bazaar Turkey 2023 Award Ceremony

The prestigious “Woman of the Year” award, which has been annually presented by Harper’s Bazaar fashion magazine since 1993, has been presented to winners in Turkey for the first time this year.

The event, which honored successful figures from the world of cinema, television, culture, and art, took place on Saturday, December 9, at The Peninsula Istanbul hotel. Turkish celebrities, as well as supermodel Isabeli Fontana, actress/model Karolina Kurkova, and world-renowned photographer Ellen von Unwerth, were present.

With the sponsorship support of Volvo Car Turkey, the most successful names in their fields were recognized in categories such as “most successful actress,” “rising star,” “sportswoman,” “businesswoman,” “gastronomy representative,” “icon,” “designer,” “model,” “person of the year,” and others. Winners received gifts from the Karl Lagerfeld brand.

Rising Star of the Year: Özge Yağız;

Actress of the Year: Tuba Büyüküstün;
