Ratings of Turkish TV

The series “Boundless Love (Hudutsuz Sevda)” increased by 0.22% in total but lost 1% in AB. Producer Fatih Aksoy’s show remains the leader on Thursday, although the decline in AB looks quite significant. However, this could be related to external factors, as all series lost their audience on this day. Against the backdrop of competitors, the stable growth of the series in total is an optimistic signal.

The series “Betrayal (Aldatmak)” lost 0.77% in total and 1.31% in AB. Producer Timur Savci’s show is stable enough, and fluctuations in ratings do not pose a significant threat to its future, although it may disappoint fans.

The series “Hide Me (Sakla Beni)” lost 2.13% in total and 1.28% in AB. The decline is quite serious, and one can only hope that it is caused by another news event that distracted viewers from their usual series watching, and next week everything will return to normal.

The series “Kara” lost 0.84% in total and 0.45% in AB. It seems that rebranding and changing the name did not help the series; already by the second episode, it dropped in ratings, which does not bode well.

The series “Enemy of Love (Aşka Düşman)” lost 0.49% in total and 0.88% in AB. Unfortunately, the TV8 series failed to captivate Turkish viewers. The channel owner Acun Ilıcalı, who had a falling out with the leading producers of series in Turkey, is unable to create a show that can compete with series airing on other channels. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
