The series “Cranberry Sherbet (Kızılcık Şerbeti)” grew by 0.47% in total and by 0.94% in AB. Producer Faruk Turgut’s show has slowly but surely gained its audience thanks to its sensible script and relevant themes for viewers, remaining one of the leaders of Turkish television. The series will conclude the season on June 7 and return to screens with its third season in September.
The series “Golden Boy (Yalı Çapkını)” lost 0.78% in total and 0.11% in AB. The ratings of producer Onur Güvenatam’s show remain high; however, the audience is getting tired of illogical plot twists devised to extend the story for a third season, which the series clearly does not need. Nevertheless, considering that channels and producers always prioritize money, it’s inevitable, meaning the ratings could drop even further.
The series “No mercy (Gaddar)” grew by 0.27% in total but lost 0.04% in AB. Producer Kerem Çatay’s show has found its audience and feels quite confident. The story unfolds logically, touches on current themes, and the number of episodes is known in advance, so fans of the series can simply enjoy it without worrying about ratings.
The series “Legend of the Black Tree (Kara Ağaç Destanı)” grew by 0.52% in total but lost 0.08% in AB. It seems that the audience of the state channel has favorably received the show; however, its further fate is not entirely clear, especially considering that viewership may decrease significantly with the approach of religious holidays.
The series “Firebirds (Ateş Kuşları)” lost 0.28% in total and 0.67% in AB. Producer Mehmet Bozdağ’s show cannot regain its audience, but it still remains on air, so to speak, “by the skin of its teeth.” Whether it will last until the end of the season or be closed in the near future will depend on how much the ratings drop during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
