Ratings of Turkish TV

The ratings for Monday introduced Turkish viewers to a new series, “Love in Pieces (Yaban Çiçekleri),” which started off very weakly, especially in the AB category. However, a low start does not necessarily mean failure. Earlier this season, there was an example of a very poor start (the series “Remember”), which then managed to stabilize its positions and even top the AB ratings on its broadcast day. The subsequent dynamics will be crucial.

The series “Red Roses (Kızıl Goncalar)” lost 0.63% in total and 0.34% in AB. A slight decline in ratings during religious holidays, especially for such a series, is quite normal and poses no threat. The numbers for the show are excellent; it has even returned to screens the discerning, educated audience, and the likelihood of the series getting a second season stands at 100%.

The series “Kudüs Fatihi Selahaddin Eyyubi (Salahaddin Ayyubi)” grew by 0.54% in total but lost 0.15% in AB. The show by producer Emre Konuk firmly retains its audience, although it is not as big a hit as his previous works. However, such ratings easily secure its renewal for a second season.

The series “Omer” lost 0.07% in total and 0.37% in AB. The show by producer Onur Güvenatam is gradually losing its audience, a process that cannot be stopped anymore, but the series will still reach the end of the season in early June without major issues.
