Ratings of Turkish TV

The series “Red Roses (Kızıl Goncalar)” grew by 0.25% in total ratings and by 0.47% in AB ratings. Despite the religious holidays, the audience for the show of producer Faruk Turgut continues to grow, which is pleasing to fans of Turkish dizis, demonstrating that the industry still has great potential and Turkish screenwriters are capable of producing quality content that resonates with millions. Although there’s plenty of low quality content, it’s stories like those depicted in “Red Roses” that will stay in memory.

The series “Kudüs Fatihi Selahaddin Eyyubi (Salahaddin Ayyubi)” lost 1.12% in total ratings but grew by 0.08% in AB ratings. The drop in total ratings is quite significant; however, it’s too early to draw conclusions and make forecasts while the religious holidays are ongoing. Moreover, the state channel TRT1 tends to favor its shows much more than commercial channels.

The series “Omer” grew by 0.01% in total ratings but lost 0.10% in AB ratings. The show of producer Onur Güvenatam will conclude in a month, so fans can stop worrying about ratings and simply enjoy the story of their favorite characters, which will soon come to an end.

The series “Love in Pieces (Yaban Çiçekleri)” lost 1.05% in total ratings and 0.28% in AB ratings. Unfortunately, the show failed as early as the second episode, and its closure may come very soon. Fans will be very lucky if ATV channel allows the producers of the series to logically conclude the story, rather than abruptly ending it as it happened with the series “The Next Room” on the Star TV channel.
