“Yellow Envelopes”: a new role for Özgü Namal

Özgü Namal, known for her role as Meryem in the series “Red Buds”, is returning to the film industry after a successful season. Next week, the actress will head to Germany to shoot the film “Yellow Envelopes”, where she will star alongside Ipek Bilgin and Tansu Biçer.

Özgü, who has won the hearts of viewers in the last season, will not take a break during the series hiatus but will continue her artistic endeavors by participating in a new film project. The film “Yellow Envelopes” directed by Ilker Çatak, recognized as one of the most successful Turkish directors of recent times, was selected to participate in the 19th Berlin Co-Production Market out of 34 projects from 32 countries and became the sole representative of Turkey.

In this film, which is already generating public interest, the actress will combine her talent with the talents of Ipek Bilgin and Tansu Biçer, recognized masters of theatrical art.
