Ratings of Turkish TV

The series “The Ottoman (Kuruluş Osman)” increased by 0.06% in total viewers and by 0.29% in the AB demographic. Producer Mehmet Bozdağ’s show has been holding its audience for five years in a row and is confidently heading into its sixth season, which will continue to feature the actors beloved by the audience, including the lead actor Burak Özçivit. Whether the sixth season will be his last is not yet known, but it has been officially announced that the ATV channel intends to continue the historical project, telling the story of the next sultan of the Ottoman Empire – Orhan.

The series “Scent of the Trunk (Sandık Kokusu)” lost 0.26% in total viewers but grew by 0.51% in the AB demographic. In this series, the lead actor Metin Akdülger said farewell to the show, which was a very unpleasant surprise for the viewers. It is quite difficult to predict how the audience, which has lost a favorite character, will behave, but the series has been given the green light for a second season.

The series “Remember (Taş Kağıt Makas)” increased by 0.11% in total viewers and by 0.31% in the AB demographic. The Kanal D channel’s show does not show big results, but it is quite stable and for this reason, it has been renewed for a second season.

The series “My Wonderful Life (Şahane Hayatım)” lost 0.09% in total viewers and 0.82% in the AB demographic. Producer Kerem Çatay’s show is nearing its conclusion, and the ratings essentially no longer matter. Although, of course, fans would like to see a worthy finale with decent numbers.
