Özgü Namal Signs Contract for Major Advertising Campaign

Özgü Namal, known for her role as Meryem in the series “Red Roses,” has signed a new contract. On the day of the season finale of “Red Roses,” the actress flew to Germany, where she starred in an ambitious film and subsequently signed a contract for a major advertising campaign.

Last season, Özgü Namal made a triumphant return to her profession after a nine-year hiatus, playing the lead role in the series “Red Buds,” produced by Gold Film for the NOW TV channel.

Following the end of the season, the actress starred in the lead role in the film “Yellow Envelopes,” directed by Ilker Çatak, one of the world’s leading filmmakers representing Germany at the Oscars. The filming took place in Berlin.

After completing the film, Özgü returned to Istanbul, where she signed a contract to participate in a large-scale advertising campaign for a well-known cleaning product brand. She will soon take part in shooting this commercial, which is likely to surprise viewers.

In September, Özgü Namal will return to the set to work on the second season of “Red Roses.”
