Özgürcan Çevik in the Series “My Mother Ankara”

Özgürcan Çevik returns to television screens in the new series “My Mother Ankara,” where the lead role will be played by Bergüzar Korel. The production is handled by BKM for Kanal D. Filming is scheduled to begin in mid-August.

Çevik, known for his role in the series “Şevkat Yerimdar,” will portray a character named Sufi. The project is directed by Faruk Teber, with the screenplay written by Başak Angigün.

The plot of the series is based on the story of the screenwriter’s mother, Zuhal Angigün, who worked as the head of the office in the Ministry of Education.

The cast also includes Celile Toyon, Durukan Çelikaya, Beyza Şekerci, Dilek Çelebi, and Fatma Toptaş. The lead male role has not yet been determined.
