Atakan Özkaya in the New Series “The Cold Winter of Albora”

The young actor Atakan Özkaya, known for his role in the series “For my family” (Kardeşlerim), has been cast in a new TV show.

Atakan Özkaya, who gained popularity through the NGM-produced series “For my family” (Kardeşlerim), will participate in the new series “The Cold Winter of Albora” (Alboranın Sert Kışında) from Tay Yapım.

The show, directed by Ahmet Katıksız and written by Gülizar Irmak, is an adaptation of the Lebanese series Al Hayba for the Turkish audience. Özkaya has agreed to join the cast, while the rest of the ensemble is still being finalized. In the series, he will portray Kaya Albor, a member of the Albor family.

The filming will take place in Mardin. The plot begins with the return of the widow Aliya and her son to their hometown after the death of her husband Boran in Canada.

The series will focus on the conflict between the Albora and Baybars families.
