Baran Bölükbaşı faces off against Olgun Şimşek in the new season of “Legend of the Black Tree”

Baran Bölükbaşı, known for his role as Tarık in the series “Golden Boy,” has joined the cast of “Legend of the Black Tree.”

The second season of the series “Legend of the Black Tree” (“Kara Ağaç Destanı”), produced by Motto Yapım, premieres on September 13 on TRT1. Filming is taking place in Cappadocia.

The shooting of the second season began last week. Taylan Sancaktar has been appointed as the cinematographer, while Cem Akyoldaş serves as the director, and Mustafa Becit as the screenwriter. The assistant directors are Işılsu Günday and Mücahit Akyoldaş.

In the new season, Baran Bölükbaşı will play the role of prosecutor Murat, who will confront Olgun Şimşek’s character, Celal Ağa.
