Esra Bilgiç leaves the series “Albora’s Harsh Winter”: What happened?

According to Birsen Altuntaş, Esra Bilgiç has withdrawn from the Ay Yapım series “Albora’s Harsh Winter.” Currently, the search is underway for a new actress to take on the role of Aliya Albora, the partner of Cihan, who will be portrayed by Ozan Akbaba.

Gonca Cilasun will play Sadakat, the matriarch of the Albora family and the mother of Boran, Cihan, Kaya, and Nare. Atakan Özkaya will take on the role of Kaya, while Nazmi Kırık will portray the father, Beybars, Nadim. Mine Kılıç will appear in the series as Mine, Cihan’s girlfriend. The cast has also been joined by Sahra Şaş, who will play Nare, separated from her husband Özkan.

The series’ plot begins with Aliya bringing her husband’s body back to his homeland, in accordance with his will. There, Aliya and her son are confronted with her late husband’s family — a criminal clan she previously knew nothing about.
