Özge Gürel in Azerbaijan: Everything About the Actress’s New Role in the Film “44”

Özge Gürel is set to play the lead role in the Azerbaijani film “44.” The actress, who has gained widespread popularity across many countries thanks to her work, will be part of a project produced by Bakü Media Center.

Currently, Özge is preparing for her role in this major film project, which is based on the events of the 44-day Second Karabakh War. During this conflict, the Azerbaijani armed forces regained control over 5 cities, 4 towns, and 286 villages.

The high-budget film will be directed by Ismail Safarli.

Özge Gürel will be the only actress from Turkey in this project, with the remaining roles played by Azerbaijani actors. Her co-star will be the renowned stage actor Ibrahim Ahmedov Chingiz.

Özge will soon travel to Azerbaijan to participate in the filming, where she will portray the character of “Dr. Zeynep.” After completing her work on the film, the actress plans to review new offers for television series and continue her career on TV.
