Ratings of Turkish TV

The series “Mountain of Hearts (Gönül Dağı)” saw an increase of 0.85% in Total and 0.98% in AB ratings. This TRT1 public broadcaster show remains one of the most beloved Turkish series, equally well-received by general viewers and the educated audience. The characters’ adventures have now stretched across five years, and if this trend continues, the series will likely carry on into the next season—though perhaps with a different cast.

The series “Lie (Yalan)” rose by 0.36% in Total and 0.06% in AB ratings. Despite relatively low viewership among wealthy and educated viewers, the Total ratings continue to please Kanal D’s management, who likely hadn’t expected the show to last through the main season. This stability and even slight growth offer the creators an excellent opportunity to continue the story.

The series “Wild Heart (Yabani)” dropped by 0.19% in Total and 0.39% in AB ratings. The show continues to “test the nerves” of NOW TV executives, who promised not to remove it from the air before the New Year due to strong overseas sales. However, its ratings in Turkey continue to decline, raising questions about whether channel managers will be able to keep their promise.
