Ratings of Turkish TV

The series “Mountain of Hearts (Gönül Dağı)” rose by 0.35% in Total but lost 0.45% in AB. This state television show remains one of the most popular series in Turkey and looks confidently toward the future. However, if the creators decide to extend the series for another season, it is unlikely that the lead actors will stay in the cast. Considering how adept the writers are at writing characters out of the story, this raises some concerns.

The series “Lie (Yalan)” dropped by 0.01% in Total and 0.26% in AB. While the show is holding up relatively well in Total, it continues to lose viewers in the AB demographic. Now, it remains to be seen what Kanal D’s management values more: general audience numbers or the affluent demographic.

The series “Wild Heart (Yabani)” saw a decline of 0.30% in Total and 0.40% in AB. Despite assurances that the project will remain on air until the end of the season, its situation appears increasingly precarious. The downward trend in ratings seems unlikely to be reversed.
