Ratings for Saturday, December 21, 2024
Saturday’s ratings brought Turkish audiences a new series, “Debt of Life (Can Borcu),” which had a rather moderate debut. However, a weak start is not necessarily indicative of the show’s future trajectory; a slow beginning can quickly transform into significant growth, depending on subsequent developments. The next three episodes will be decisive for this ATV channel show.
The series “Mountain of Hearts (Gönül Dağı)” saw a decline of 0.81% in Total ratings and 1.25% in AB ratings. For such a stable show, even significant losses in the AB demographic are not critical. This state broadcaster series remains one of the most popular programs on Turkish television and is likely to be renewed for a sixth season.
The series “Lie (Yalan)” dropped by 0.83% in Total ratings but gained a slight increase of 0.05% in AB ratings. Overall, for a summer project, the show has managed to maintain a solid presence throughout the autumn season and is approaching its finale with good Total ratings, although it is clear that the AB demographic lost interest in the storyline some time ago.
