Ratings of Turkish TV

The series “Mountain of Hearts (Gönül Dağı)” saw a 1% increase in total ratings and a 0.71% rise in the AB demographic. This show from the state broadcaster TRT1 has remained one of Turkey’s most popular series for five consecutive years, despite modest international sales. However, since the network’s management is primarily focused on its Turkish audience, there is no reason to worry about the show’s future for now—its sixth season is all but guaranteed.

The series “Debt of Life (Can Borcu)” experienced a 0.73% increase in total ratings and a 0.52% rise in the AB demographic. Despite a rather modest start, this ATV channel project is slowly finding its audience and may manage to remain on air. That said, its position is still quite precarious—any newcomer could potentially cause a drop in its ratings.
